I earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California where I obtained dual degrees in Psychology and French. I am licensed by the California Bar Association and have been practicing law since 2009. I graduated from Southwestern Law School with honors as part of the Trial Advocacy Group.
Following law school, I commenced my legal career as a clerk for distinguished Judge Amy Pellman and later for esteemed family law mediator Dvorah Markman. After working for the Los Angeles District Attorney's office, I gained employment at a general law firm practicing everything from civil litigation, bankruptcy, family law, criminal law and estate planning.
After the birth of my son in 2011, I decided to start my own practice and focused my legal career on Trust and Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration.
I'm trained in Trial Advocacy.
I have varied legal experience beyond my specialization of Estate Planning.
I have a family and a life outside of practicing law which helps me relate to my clients.
"Bahar really took the time to listen to my concerns. She explained estate planning in plain English. I walked away understanding so much. I had a great experience working with her."
